The International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission (IGLHRC) and lesbian-led groups in Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines are marking the confluence of 3 important events—the 16 Days of Activism Campaign to end violence against women, the international launches of the Yogyakarta Principles, and the 60th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
