In a pre-Christmas court ruling in Uganda, one of the world's most homophobic countries, a judge found in favor of that nation's leading LGBT activist, Victor Mukasa, a transgendered lesbian, and a fellow activist in a lawsuit the two brought based on a 2005 police raid on Mukasa's home.
