The International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission (IGLHRC), Yasemin Öz and a coalition of Turkish LGBT groups submitted a shadow report to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR). The report measures the Turkish government's progress towards its obligations under the ICCPR. It was written for the Country Report Task Force for the Adoption of Lists of Issues.
